Random point for exchanges:
- Bring lots of ID photos - they really do get used up (I'm down to my last one out of six)
Their frequency based buses seem to encourage behaviour such as minibuses cutting off double-deck buses at stops and other weird things. The food is a bit weird at times in that it's trying to be western, but not quite enough. The road system seems like someone just gave up in a game of Tropico/Citylife etc. But I suppose they've made the best of their situation. I also noticed that people seem to linger a little at the lights before walking on a green person. The opening hours of shops make sense - shops are open at night so people can get stuff after work (they're usually not open in the morning).
Double-decker bus climbing a hilly, crowded road.
Old person pushing stuff in the middle of a road.
Walkway above major road.
Westwood shopping - exit on 4th floor, take about 5 escalators and then end up on a footpath. Funky
